Lucy Ames - Founder & ORIGINAL Social Media Artist
Lucy grew up in East Yorkshire with an engineer Dad and social worker Mum. She grew up in a small village with one shop where you could buy sweets for a penny. Blissful.
She studied Business then embarked on a squiggly career:* 20 years in IT as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, managing client relationships. * 10 years building a business to sell her own paintings. Learning social media for marketing. Being a social media manager is Lucy's dream job and ties in all the skills above.
Lucy has a husband and two grown up children. They live in Tunbridge Wells having restored an Edwardian house over the last 3 years. It nearly broke them!

Lucy is supported in her business by two brilliant and equally creative ladies.
WIth a passion for fashion, Ellie joined Smartist having had marketing experience at brands Lipsy and River Island. She is a fashion stylist to the stars (ask her who when you meet her) but when not out on exciting styling jobs, she works on Smartist social media accounts. Ellie takes on all accounts with a dedication to understanding what is unique about each business and showcasing this in their posts. She applies her talent for visual creativity to every images she creates for her clients who benefit from her artistry.
Imogen has been an asset to the team with her knowledge of Instagram tips and tricks, gained from running her own successful business. Like Ellie, she wants to know all about our client's businesses to help refine their messaging. As a professional organiser, she brings order to our social media campaign planning - as well as a great sense of fun and playfulness.
